What you'll do…
As the Partner Operations Manager you will be the leader of critical projects and programs to support our growing Channel Sales organization. The Program Manager will serve as a project manager for key initiatives and programs across the Channel Sales organization, working cross functionally to ensure completion of tasks and deliverables. This individual will be responsible for working with both our MSP and Strategic Security Partner teams.
The Partner Operations Manager will work with our Channel Sales leaders to identify the processes, policies and programs that need to be implemented to support the hypergrowth stage of the business. This individual will be responsible for developing these processes, policies or programs. It will be critical that this individual can work cross-functionally and gain alignment across other business units around different initiatives that they may be responsible for developing. The Partner Operations Manager will work to ensure policies and processes are communicated to our internal sales organization along with external partners, measure the impact of programs implemented and ensure consistency/alignment with the broader sales organization.
Skills you have…
You have 3-5 years experience in a partner operations role including both MSP & Large National & Regional Security Partners
You should have strong written and verbal skills, with a demonstrated ability to align cross functional resources
Ability to lead data-driven discussions
Comfortable working in a hypergrowth startup environment and building programs to scale into a larger partner program.
Experience with Salesforce.com
