Job description

Job Purpose: 
To assist dealing with after sales service 

 

Responsibilities: 
- Customer repair and stock damage handling and coordination 

- Assist quality control and report of after sales service 

- Assist Chinese label database management 

- Assist seasonal buying and training material preparation 

- Assist event execution 

- Others related role assigned by supervisor 

Requirements: 
- Knowledge of retail market is a plus 

- Preferably an education level of university degree or higher 

- Majoring in fashion or related curriculum is a plus 

- High proficiency in written and oral English and Chinese
