Job Mission:

·  The main purpose of this job position is execution of Fashion Accessary repair service for stock and customer good in accordance with CHANEL global standards.

This position can contribute to brand image enhancement by providing best quality of product and express after sales service to the customers of local market, especially for CHANEL HOUSE.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Execute Fashion accessories ( Leather good, CJ and Eyewear ) repair & care service for all accessaries stock and client good following CHANEL procedures
·  Execute final quality control for the double check of repaired good to provide the best service quality to CHANEL customer.
·  Provide the quotation for the fashion accessaries to be repaired on A/S system or BTQ staff.
·  Suggest the optimized care solution for stock as well as client good
·  Communicate with main artisan and after sales ambassador on fashion repair issues with technical expertise and agility on customer needs.
·  Explain or Demonstrate Chanel Fashion Accessary simple service directly to client who visit Atelier, if necessary.
·  Lead and support training and coaching Atelier staff (especially for FA) so as to improve its technical expertise
·  Learn and share the up to date technology, equipment and tools for Fashion repair by mutual exchange of information among global / region and external workshop
·  Manage the Atelier fashion workshop equipment, machine and tools with artisan
·  Conduct the relevant A/S system (CASS, GRACE, ORT) operation as Atelier CASS admin.
·  Closely Communicate with DRC workshop admin in order to conduct Fashion spare part stock management in Les Atelier, and coordinate shipment delivery between DRC & Atelier.

Role Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree of 2 -years of university or over the same degree
·  Preferred Fashion Accessary academic diploma or certification

Work experience

·  2~3 years more of the experience in fashion repair workshop for Luxury brands .

Required Competencies

·  Basic technical mastery for repair part of Fashion Accessary
·  Harmonious communication skill with other parties and people
·  Client centric mind and refined manner& attitude as a technical representative of luxury Fashion industry
·  Good ability of spoken / written English
·  Good ability to operate computer (MS-EXCEL / POWER POINT / MS-WORD)
