Your tasks and responsibilities:

·  As part of our international team, you will gain valuable insights into strategic projects with a focus on IT-based platforms. Your will assist our project managers with the process documentation, adherence and continuous improvement and dissemination of information as well. Your main tasks area will include assistance with:
·  Preparation und updating of training materials for our teams
·  Planning and coordinating meetings/update calls, capturing outcomes, updating MoM’s etc.
·  Support in change management und communication activities for projects e.g. preparation of presentations, sending announcements etc.
·  Daily business support for general administrative tasks, e.g. documentation, managing distribution lists, external employee onboarding, access management, etc.

Your qualifications and experience:

·  You are currently a student of Business Information Systems or any comparable subject area. Your education can be business- or industry related but must also include IT-relevant content.
·  Experience with any of the following software development management tools (JIRA, AzureDevOps, etc.) and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, Slack, etc.) is beneficial
·  Your MS-Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, are at an advanced level.

Your attributes and skills:

·  You are very proactive and have excellent analytical and communication skills and the ability to work independently.
·  Very good written and oral English skills are required, German skills would be an asset.
