What will you do?

·  Completely set-up and maintain a multi die wire drawing machine.
·  Maintain a production schedule and strict quality controls of finished product.
·  Responsible for daily general maintenance of machine and area as well as daily adjustments to equipment.
·  Must be capable of accurately reading measuring instruments.
·  Other duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Supervisors.
·  Must be able to work shiftwork up to possible 2 shifts.

What will you need to succeed?

·  Ability to operate forklift
·  Strong mechanical aptitude.
·  Knowledge in the use of precision measuring instruments.
·  Knowledge of aluminum wire butt welding machines and their set-up and operation. (i.e. cold butt welders and brazing).
·  Minimum 2 years experience and familiarity with all materials used within the department
·  An excellent safety and quality conscious approach while performing work duties
·  Excellent attendance as this is a very responsible position in which reliability is essential in keeping the department properly supplied
·  Good ability to verbally communicate read and write fluently in English in order to follow verbal instructions and written documentation related to the position and the workplace, as well as complete any required paperwork.
