Role Description
• Motivate, coach and train scrum teams to establish Agile Scrum/Kanban software development
• Facilitating Scrum and Kanban ceremonies like daily scrum and retrospective meetings
• Removing impediments to progress, protecting the team from interruptions and distractions
• Using metrics to help drive continuous improvement
• Ensuring your team has visibility of product and technical road maps
• Helping the product owner maintain the product backlog in good shape
• Assisting your team with improving internal/external communication and collaboration
• Promote lean and agile ideas throughout the organization

Desired Skills
• Qualification: Degree or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
• 8+ years of experience in software development projects
• Expert knowledge on software development aspects like RQ mgmt, Design, Coding and Testing
• Expert knowledge of and experience in working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc. 
• Good understanding of product development life cycle
• Solid understanding of lean and agile values 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse personality types, high social competence
