Logistics Digitalization Intern (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a part-time intern who will be focusing on the coordination of the customs clearance and freight invoices payment which include but not limited to the following:

- Develop programs to automate reports and process

- Prepare & collect shipping documents, arrange daily shipment to customer

- Maintain shipment record to SAP system

- Coordinate the Customs Clearance and freight invoices payment with SLHK CSCM

- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

- Undergraduate in Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management

- 1-year part-time contract, renew annually
- Flexible schedule during semesters (16-20 hours per week)
- Willing to learn and able to meet timeline

- Well-versed in e-mail Outlook and MS Office applications such as Excel and Word
- High proficiency in both written & spoken English
