We are looking for an experienced Legal Professional to join our team in Riyadh, providing legal advice and handling all related legal cases that operates within the legal framework and regulatory requirements of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Siemens Healthineers policies and regulations, provides advices and legal opinions as requested and under the direction by the Head of Legal and fulfilling the department's responsibilities.

What are my responsibilities?

· 
·  Provides legal opinion in cases involving company employees and recommends appropriate course of action as required by the Head of Legal.
·  Reviews the legal terms and conditions of draft contracts to assure compliance with relevant Saudi law and regulations. Develops and maintains the Company's standard terms and conditions for all commercial contracts, MoUs, NDAs and JV agreements.
·  Organizes legal opinions on major regulatory and legal issues for the Company because we are regulated by the Saudi Arabian Government through applicable laws and regulations.
·  Participates in settlement of disputes with other parties in the business areas. Manages legal proceedings and claims by analyzing legal situation, gathering related legal data and setting up a settlement strategy.
·  Manages all claims related to the Company both plaintiff and defender.
·  Informs the Head of Legal Saudi Arabia, the General Counsel EMEA-EAST (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and Legal Head of Zone MESA and Country management of areas which represent a legal or reputational risk.
·  Be comfortable as a challenger to the management and to the business when appropriate.
·  Mitigates legal risks and help business in the mitigation of commercial risks.
·  Provides training and education to the business on relevant laws and business legal issues including Compliance relevant topics.
·  Works collaboratively with Siemens Healthineers legal specialists in Headquarters (including Zone) and the Siemens Healthineers global legal network.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor's degree in Law required ( Master's degree prefered).

3-5 years of experience in field of Commercial Law, Corporate, Contracts Management, Government and Personnel Affairs.

Bilingual (Arabic/English).

At least 3 years of professional experience with Corporate, Government Entities in Legal Department.

At least 3 years of experience in Commercial contracts, JV Agreemnts, MoUs and other tasks related to legal funcation.

Experience in working with different nationalities. Excellent speaker in English and Arabic ( speaking and writing ).
