Siemens Healthineers Dubai is looking to hire an Intern to be based in our Dubai office to be responsible for timely processing and delivery of Lab Diagnostics orders.

What are my responsibilities?

· 
·  Able to communicate with business Partners in Saudi by e-mail and phone.
·  Communicate and coordinate with GLSC in Germany and USA for the timely processing and delivery.
·  Timely processing of the customer orders in the system.
·  Follow up and close sales orders and purchase orders in the system on time.
·  Creating invoices and applying for certificate of origins.
·  Follow up on shipments and communicate with the forwarder.
·  Clear GR/IR and avoid GIT by timely booking of cost invoices and billing.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· 
·  Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in any business discipline.
·  Strong drive to succeed and good communication skills.
·  Team player attitude with the drive to learn and support others.
