Job Description

We at Siemens Limited are looking for an exceptional HR enthusiast to join us as 'Industrial Relations & Labor Law Professional'. Job location is Kharagpur – West Bengal. Your primary responsibility shall include complete Plant HR and Industrial Relations, wherein you will spearhead the end to end HR & LR charter for the overall growth of the employees.

This is your role. What part will you play?

• You will be responsible for Interprets and implements provisions of local labor agreements to resolve problems and assure mutual compliance. May facilitate workers council negotiations. Keeps abreast of local and regional labor law legislation changes.
• You will be involved in advises managers on how to manage HR incidents with collective labor law or labor agreements implications.
• You will interpret the labor organization's viewpoint for management.
• You will Identifies chronic labor relations problem areas and recommends solutions.
• You will be involved in major contract negotiations, workmen recruitment & training, engagement activities and Legal Compliance

•You have MBA/Masters degree in Labour Laws/ MBA in HR / Graduation + LLB with 8-10 years of experience.
•The personality aspects of your which will make you our preferred candidate involves - communication, Problem-solving, Integrity, ownership culture and reliability.
