This position will support the AGT Finance Operations team and the overall organization's initiatives in a Global business environment.

·  The Financial Analyst position, reporting to the Finance Manager, will support the Finance Operations team by providing support and analysis on various topics.
·  This position will provide extensive support on the topic of Inventory as well as partnering with technical counterparts across the organization. This role will take the lead in planning vendor site visits for inventory observations and reconciliation on an ongoing basis.
·  Additional support to be provided to the Finance Manager includes P&L reconciliation and analysis, cost center reporting and analysis and aiding in the annual budget process.
·  The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work independently to prioritize and manage commitments and deadlines. They will be able to operate in a fast-paced and evolving organization and be able to adapt to the changing business environment while not compromising on accuracy and driving efficiency and process improvement.

Responsibilities

·  Inventory reconciliation and reporting
·  Inventory at vendor support and reconciliation including possible site visits and physical inventory observations
·  Partnering with Supply Chain and providing support
·  Inventory reduction projects
·  P&L analysis and reconciliation
·  Capital expenditures tracking, analysis and support
·  Cost center analysis and reporting
·  Complete month end close requirements
·  Account reconciliations for accounts under responsibility
·  Actuals versus Budgets variance analysis
·  Support forecasting and budgeting processes
·  Act as a point of contact for areas of responsibility from both internal and external stakeholders

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

·  BS Accounting / Finance
·  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
·  General ledger and accounting transactional experience
·  2-5 years' experience in Finance or other related field
·  Continuous focus on process improvement and efficiency
·  Potential travel requirements up to 15% (Domestic)
·  Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

·  Experience in SAP inventory modules
·  Experience within a manufacturing operation or repair shop a plus
