Water is a resource and a byproduct of all that we do – a critical element in offshore, onshore, upstream and downstream activities. The treatment and management of this water is becoming increasingly complex as our Oil and Gas customers work to keep pace with global standards, energy demand and environmental regulations. At Siemens Water Solutions, our core business is processing and treating water and wastewater, addressing specific needs from simple products to complex, fully integrated solutions and service.

The ideal candidate for  Field Service Personnel Supervisor  must have the ability to analyze and resolve problems efficiently; and must provide excellent support to our employees and customers in a fast-moving business. The Field Service Coordinator is subject to calls 24 hours per day and is responsible for supervising and supporting our field service personnel safety certifications, safety training and managing career objectives for each level of service. The  Field Service Personnel Supervisor   role is a key contributor in the continued development of Siemens’ core competency programs.

Responsibilities

Overall responsibility will be to ensure all service personnel are compliant with GOM/International standards, supervise scheduling, staffing assignments, and training. The position is essential for the success of Siemens’ Offshore Services business.

Additional objectives for this position include, but are not limited to:

·  Ensuring that Siemens standards, safety and quality are adhered to
·  Providing leadership and guidance to lesser-experienced personnel
·  Managing service technicians’ certification, training and advancement.
·  Managing recruitment, interviewing & disciplinary action
·  Managing employee evaluations, progressions & career development
·  Distribution of duties & responsibilities
·  Developing materials for, and implementation of, core competency program
·  Being on-call 24 hours per day

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

·  Associates degree or equivalent experience (4+ years)
·  A minimum of 3 years in a lead / supervisor role for a service company
·  A minimum of 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry
·  Overall understanding of GOM & HSE requirements for Deepwater mobilization
·  Experience in employee engagement (retention, career pathing, etc)
·  Experience building training program

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

·  Bachelors Degree
·  Knowledge of water filtration

·       Proven ability to lead a large team
