Job Description

·  Preparation and participation for HR committees.
·  Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business units.
·  Support to achieve the business plan in collaboration with the recruitment team and participating in interviews up to DM candidates
·  Liaison with HR COE Function to implement all people practices like Annual Performance review, Salary review, Succession planning and Talent management initiatives.
·  Develop relationship with stake holders by understanding business priorities, resolve people issues
·  Organize for skip level meetings for respective business
·  Incorporate frequent connect session with employees to understand their engagement level and execute required interventions
·  Build HR dashboard to measure HR contribution  
·  Sustain operational excellence by delivering timely approvals of Workday transactions, Exits, etc..
·  Conduct exit interview to understand the cause of concern.
·  Participating and ensuring training plan identification and deployment for employees with Managers & training SPOC.
·  Support employees in their individual development plan.
·  Active participation in deployment of PMS process for employees as per company guidelines.
·  The monitoring of HR performance indicators in place.
·  Create sustainable performance for the company based on team motivation by RNTBCI way.
