PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus and what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests. To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.

We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK. More than 3500 companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz or Sellsy to name a few already trust us. Over 500 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing.

Your role: As a Product Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Product Marketing team's 2020 mission and key projects.

You will be reporting directly to one of the Product Marketing Manager based in Paris, France. This is your opportunity to make a great impact in a fast-growing startup that is quickly expanding across France, UK, Germany, Spain, and soon Italy.

You’ll be interacting with the following teams: Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success

Your first missions 🚀

Market & Competitive Intelligence: Help synthesize information from multiple sources to get a good understanding on market dynamics, buyers, and competitors in the countries we operate. 

Product launches: Work with a cross-functional team of product managers, JetLang masters, data scientists, engineers, marketers, and salespeople to build and launch products in all countries  - from initial market validation, positioning & messaging, to go-to-market strategy, launch execution, and launch debrief.

Field Enablement: Produce effective field enablement materials, including sales demos, data sheets, case studies, training and FAQs, making it easy for the field to understand product offerings, buyers, and key positioning.

Product Evangelism: Be an evangelist for PayFit products. Highlight its value both internally and externally.

·  You have a Master degree in business, marketing or engineering, 
·  You’re applying for your last-year internship and you’re available for a 6-month internship starting as soon as possible.
·  A previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, startup, or consulting is a plus.
