About the role:

You will be in charge of helping build, enhance and define our fantastic product whilst you understand our customer needs and carefully consider user experience in order to technically build the features that will drive our growth.

You will be :

- Building and developing the UK product in close collaboration with the local and international team
- Working on the feature lifecycle from A to Z : collaborating with our UX Designer to understand user requirements, challenging prototypes, coordinating with QA for testing, implementing and iterating based on user data.
- Creating and managing the links between the thousands of variables that make up the intelligence of the system
- Integrating all UK payroll specificities in our platform using our own low-code development platform (JetLang)
- Developing API integrations between PayFit and third-party softwares
- Drawing the most efficient and intuitive user experience possible for our customers

This role is for you if :

-You have enthusiasm for problem-solving, logic and developing smart solutions
- You have experience writing code in Python
- You have a keen eye for detail
- You have a passion for building apps with a great UX for customers
- You have a computing/ engineering/ maths/ physics studies 
- An enthusiasm for growth and development, and would like to grow progressively into a hands-on Product Owner.
- A positive attitude: highly-motivated, with an ability to be entrepreneurial, creative and intellectually curious
- A humble attitude: loves working in teams and constantly learning
- A passion for development, design and product management

Your future team:

You will be building our platform alongside 1 Product Builder Team Lead, 1 UX Designer, 1 QA Analyst and the other Product Builders in the teams. You will also work in collaboration with the local UK teams: Customer Success, Onboarding, Sales and Marketing; and the international teams.

Hiring process

1. First you will meet a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a discovery call (30min)
2. Next step will be a meeting with an our Product Builder Team Lead, Noemie, with whom you will discuss the position more thoroughly (30 min)
3. You will go through a Technical challenge with one of the team members(1,5 hr)
4. The last step would be the meeting with the Head of Product UK (30 mins)
