PayFit simplifies payroll management and HR processes for SMBs. We have built a fast, intuitive and automated SaaS solution to help business owners and HR professionals save time and money allowing them to refocus and what really matters: their employees. Through PayFit, employees have a dedicated access for their payslips and are able to manage efficiently their leave and expense requests. To build such a solution, we have created our own programming language: JetLang. Thanks to JetLang we were able to code Labour Code and collective agreements, and today we continue to add new features.
We have set ourselves a mission to support the digital transformation of HR management through our ever growing range of product features and services. We have a strong presence in France since 2015 and have been quickly growing in Germany, Spain and the UK. More than 3000 companies such as Big Mamma, MinuteBuzz or Sellsy to name a few already trust us. Over 300 PayFiters have already joined the adventure and we have raised 95M€ to keep growing.
Your role: Provide Sales teams in different countries with optimal day to day conditions to maximize operational efficiency 💡
The Growth Ops team is in the heart of our “Growth machine”! We are responsible for both Sales and Marketing Operations: we partner with Sales, Marketing and Data teams to identify short-term and long-term strategic improvements to drive our growth.
As a business partner, we come forward with analysis and recommend tactical and strategic moves to enhance sales productivity. Within the Growth Ops team, you will be positioned as the Sales Ops representative for Field requests: operational questions, day to day business analysis and requests that arrive from different international Sales teams. You will be our Field Ops Master !
We are looking for a problem solver: you will work closely with the Sales teams to understand their operational needs and questions, and help Sales Ops effectively provide the right answers to maximize their efficiency. It’s a perfect first opportunity to closely work with Sales, Marketing, Data and Ops teams and understand the growth machine from the inside.
Your missions ⭐
• manage, update and maintain the “Field Ops” backlog
• analyze, verify and qualify questions and business requests from different international Sales teams, as such:
> Analytics : sales commissions, ad hoc analysis requests, ...
> Processes : automation, alignment across countries, ...
> Tools : benchmarks, CRM admin...
• collaborate with the Growth Ops team in providing solutions and improvements for the processes
• be in charge of Field Ops: you will also be proactive in the optimization of systems and processes
• maintain dashboards and other reporting tools to help Sales team track their activities to business results
