To cope with the strategic growth in our business, we are now inviting high calibre to join our growing team as Merchandiser.

Job Description

How you will contribute

Merchandising

·  Project OTB, propose launch order and monthly replenishment for international markets
·  Own and manage global inventory; including model stock assortment, demand fulfilment, stock request and related merchandising issues
·  Initiate and execute global inventory rotation to maximize stock utilization and turnover
·  Proactively communicate with market leaders to ensure merchandising plan is well-balanced and in-line with sales targets
·  Conduct market visit and competitor research to identify missing opportunities and provide recommendation to Product Development Team
·  Monitor stock level and ensure year-end inventory objectives are on track
·  Participate in demand planning project to improve existing tools and process

Business Analysis

·  Continuously review and analyse product portfolio, sales performance to challenge and improve existing business strategy
·  Support financial planning and other Management projects of presentation materials for Management

Who you are

·  Degree holder or above
·  5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail sector
·  Professional attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality
·  Numerically sensitive with commercial sense
·  Great team player with good interpersonal skills
·  Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure
·  Excellent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
·  Fully proficient in all MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
