Job description

Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel: Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description -Retail Operations: Supports the sales process – puts displays in place, keeps stock level inventory, payment transactions, fitting or garment alterations. Sub-Job Family Description - Retail Operations: Coordinates operational activities of stores. Monitors the flow of products and ensures the store is kept well stocked. Supports store projects (changes in opening and closing times, renovations or relocation, etc.) Liaises with necessary departments to coordinate an action rollout plan within deadline and budget.

- Establish effective ways of reviewing performance against objectives, ensuring that regular training & coaching is provided to support individuals within the management team. - To analyze sales information and KPI performance to maximize sales potential and present recommendation to the management & buying team. - Responsible for various retail reports - Implementation of the company's new strategies, policies and procedures in operation/ administrative aspect. - To prepare and disseminate memo/message to stores in the most efficient way to ensure the seamless communication between back office and front line - As the key person to assist Head of Retail to handle assigned special projects, such as new store opening, etc - Support in the review of existing business processes and changes to improve the productivity and efficiency, and ensure successful implementation of the new process/service. - Administer the documentation of operating procedures and work with the various stakeholders to update the documents to ensure their relevance. - Oversee compliance of retail stores with established Company policies and standards - Update & revise various of SOP & operation manual. - Store activities support: Check result, collect feedbacks for promotional activities and new arrival launching - Lead customer service function that" handles the customer complain" ; "contact with worldwide stores for customer exchange" and "customer/ stock repair outbound request" to ensure a smooth end process - Lead Customer Service team to manage Customer Service Hotline and Email response. - Work with store team to follow up the repair status
