Job Description

Your Opportunity

The Kering Americas Controller is responsible for oversight of the finances of the Americas region. This includes the Kering Americas Corporate entities in the US as well as those of the shared services in three different countries; US, Mexico and Brazil.

How you will contribute

·  Ensure accuracy of the financial information; P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
·  Manage the budget and forecasting processes that occurs twice per year
·  Understand fluctuations in financial data as compared to LY and budget
·  Support with cost controlling in all areas by communicating and partnering with stakeholders both in the region and abroad
·  Manage cost allocation to the brands for shared services activities, this includes estimating drivers for budget purposes and tracking actuals
·  Provide visibility to the brands on all cost allocations
·  Coordinate all closing activities with the Shared Services team and when necessary with the brands

Who you are

·  Degree in Accounting, Finance / Business Administration
·  10+ years’ relevant work experience with 5 years in a management role
·  Ability to understand multi-brand environment
·  Be able to act as an agent of change with a diplomatic and pragmatic approach
·  Track record having coached and developed subordinates
·  Detail oriented, strategic and empathetic
·  Demonstrates strong customer service attitude
·  Ability to work with all levels of management
·  Strong communication and follow up
·  Excellent interpersonal skills particularly in a multicultural environment
·  Effective organizer
·  Analytical and problem-solving skills
·  Strong knowledge of HFM, SAP and Microsoft office
