Associate Director of Event Sales - Alila Shanghai

Job description

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations To assist in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Associate Director of Event Sales or Senior Event Sales Manager. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
