Job description

Salon Receptionist is responsible to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest needs, resolving complaints or issues, and ensuring a welcoming and professional salon environment. Manage salon appointment schedules, ensuring efficient booking and utilization of resources. Coordinate with stylists, nail technicians and other staff to optimize scheduling and minimize wait times for guests. Monitor salon inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure adequate stock of hair care products, tools, and equipment to support salon operations. Assist with financial management tasks such as cash handling, invoicing, and tracking expenses. Help to manage salon budgets and financial targets, contributing to profitability and cost control efforts.
