Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

Back up Teller role during the staff's absence (subject to obtaining of relevant accreditations, if there's no conflict of interest between the two roles);

Document management - handling information, documents file and document management;

Data processing and record administration for sub-branch;

Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets;

Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

​Bachelor degree or above;

Self-motivated and can work well under pressure;

Strong sense of responsibility and customer service;

Good communication skill with appropriate manner;

Details oriented;

Clear view on personal career path;

Speaking standard Mandarin & English
