Role Summary/Purpose

In this position you are responsible for the long- and short-term planning of the field operation resources in cooperation with the Functional Manager Europe. (SM/Inst/Com).
Essential Responsibilities

·  Participation of resource meetings with project controls and PM Team

·  Single point of contact for the PM department for short notice requests for site personal

·  Strategic Resource review quarterly for feasibility of project volume

·  Create strategic overview with regards of expected project volume and herewith resource need for coming year (S2 planning)

·  Strategic review of resources needs for contractor companies

·  Evaluation VOC Reports

·  New market review entry requirements

·  Point of contact for intercompany resource support

·  Support the SOPT team in preparation work

·  Supporting in Developing & establishing new processes in field operation Europe

·  Ensure strict EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) and quality processes are implemented

·  Technical support for GFO field staff

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Industrial clerk, Bachelor of Controlling or comparable

·  Analytic skills regarding technical tasks & processes

·  Good interpersonal and communication skills

·  Very good Business English (verbal & written)

·  Able to win recognition and good motivation ability

·  Poise occurrence and ability for organization under high pressure

·  Good knowledge in Microsoft Office

·  Knowledge and experience in logistic organization

·  Customer oriented function

·  Attendance to self dependent and results-oriented work

·  Teamwork oriented

·  Good knowledge about EHS
