Role Summary/Purpose

Applications are invited for the position of Receipt Inspector, Receipt Inspection Department, reporting to the Cell Leader, Kit Fulfillment.
Essential Responsibilities

·  Carry out work as required inspecting vendor repaired engine components and documentation to the requirements of the Vendor Repair Purchase Order. 
·  Inspect new parts received from non-OEM sources to ensure that they meet the requirements of the new parts Purchase Order. 
·  HPT Blades and nozzles – serial number checks and recording 
·  Inspection of PIP upgrade kits and necessary recording of tracked parts 
·  Inspection of Customer Owned Property and relevant documentation. 
·  Creation and closure of MDR reports and inventory transactions to match decisions made. 
·  Inspection and serial number recording in SAP of all tracked parts and LLP’s 
·  Carry out work as required inspecting consumables to ensure that they meet the requirements of the Purchase Order.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Must have served a recognised engineering apprenticeship. 
·  Ability to inspect material and supporting documentation to ensure that material received meets the required standard. 
·  Ability to make decisions based on what is presented from suppliers. 
·  Must be able to use SAP and understand the inventory system.
