YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :  

This VIE take place inCity Hoofddorp in Netherlands from July 2024. 

The core mission of the HR Specialist is to support the HR Team with People Data. At C&P we prefer facts over stories and this role supports data insights that we can translate to business impact. Where possible it brings automation and efficient ways of working to the team. Develop your skills to become a fluent user of our core HR systems, Share, Org Vue, Power BI and Founda. This role builds and maintains the data insights for the HRBP team to create business impact:

• Develop expertise in producing data analytics from our Share people data.

• Lead a data roadmap for critical reports and data standards cascaded from Global C&P to the Zones and CBUs’ – increasing the accuracy and effectiveness of our reporting.

• Act as the owner of the data, ensuring quality, availability, clear understanding. Maintain data up to date in the main systems we use in HR (Share, Orgvue, others).

• Implement the quarterly HR Dashboard for the C&P function and find insights and critical facts for the HR Team.

• Build the quarterly Turnover Dashboard for the C&P function.

• Support the HR BP team with ad hoc requests for data – e.g. DEI, Salary Benchmark, Talent Review.

• Partner with DBS to take actions to systematically improve the automation and efficiency of our ways of working

About you

You are :  

•Engaging communicator, brings clarity and simplicity.

•Ability to work in a highly dynamic and international environment.

•Ability to build strong project plans

•Advanced Excel user,pivots, vlookups and able to manipulate large data sets.

•Power BI advanced user

•Experience of coding python/C or another Language

•Interest in application of IT skills to HR field.   

•Masters or bachelor’s in Information Technology 

•Language :Do you speak English ? We need someone who is fluent 

 

 

About us

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?   

V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.  

•You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation. 

•You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area. 

•You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.  

•You have never done a V.I.E before. 

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?   

•There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international. 

•You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month. 

•Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid. 

•The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
