About the job

For R&I Advanced Technology, we are offering a Standard & Academy Technologist . You will join our R&I Portfolio & Capabilities team based in Utrecht (NL). Main mission of the Academy team is to upskill and develop technical competency by providing technical R&I trainings.
We are looking for a candidate who can have a role in the creation and deployment of global learning & standard processes, guidelines, and trainings for our colleagues worldwide.

As Standard & Academy Technologist you will work with the Senior Technologist Training & Academy to set up the Training and Knowledge Transfer program from R&I Advanced Technology to the Regional R&I organizations. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge & know-how with excellent communication skills, is a good connector and a real team player.

Your key responsibilities are:

 

·  Support the Senior Technologist Training & Academy to deliver the Academy roadmap
·  Engage with cross-functional experts and external agencies to design new E-learning for SN R&I, packaging, ingredients and process teams
·  Governing our training portfolio in the CampusX-LMS environment
·  Co-animate with the Senior Technologist Training & Academy the trainers community
·  Set up & analyze KPI of Academy (dashboard)
·  Coordinate & Animate R&I tech talks with UX and MNS
·  Setting up processes for Advanced technology teams

About you

You have around 2 years of experience. You’ll fit this role perfectly because you are/have:

·  Academic degree in food science, food technology or engineering related discipline
·  Fluent in English (oral and written)
·  Enthusiastic about knowledge transfer, you have (or want to develop) the right didactic skills
·  Strong ability to work in cross functional teams
·  Interest in new ways of trainings (like E-learning) and at ease with digital tools (Campus-X, Sharepoint , power BI etc.. )
·  Organizational skills
·  A positive attitude and a strong can-do approach
