ABOUT THE JOB

This role is a newly created role where you will together with the Dairy marketing team drive the growth of the Dairy brands across the Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The brands Activia, Danonino and Actimel are some of Danone’s core brands with a strong global presence. We want to inspire healthy eating through our products and in the Nordic market we recently launched the product Danonino pouch in order for parents to have a ready to go solution for the active life with kids.

As Jr Brand Manager Dairy you are a part of Danone’s Essential Dairy and Plant-based division and you work in close co-operation with many internal stakeholders across the Nordics, including trade marketing, sales, finance and supply chain.

You will report to Brand Manager Dairy Scandinavia, who is also based at our Solna office in Sweden.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Build local activations based on global brand guidelines
• Continuous collaboration and communication with agencies and internal stakeholders – within Nordics and outside.
• Monitor performance, market situation and opportunities for the Dairy brands.
• Analyze category, competition and market trends.
• Prepare and present reports of brands and portfolio performance.
• Monitor and manage brand budget according to given allocation and defined process.
• Contribute to various day to day operational tasks as invoice flow, translations and artwork check and validation.

ABOUT YOU

In order to be successful you need to have:

• 1-3 years’ experience within marketing, either from agency or in-house.
• A degree in business/economics preferably with a major in Marketing.
• A solution oriented and collaborative mind-set.
• An analytical approach but the courage to test and learn.
• A clear commercial mindset.
• Great project management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, other Nordic languages is a merit.
