About the Job

As our new Internal Communications & Engagement Intern you will be part of our Human Resources team, supervised by our Internal Communication & Engagement Manager here in our office in Utrecht. You will be involved within a team that is truly passionate about providing the support needed to encourage and boost the engagement of Danone’s employees in the One Planet. One Health vision.

More specifically you will:

·  Create and design visual communication
·  Take ownership of our intranet social channels
·  Develop engaging content for Internal channels
·  Support in organizing internal events
·  Contact with multiple stakeholders for generating visual contents
·  Support the execution of global engagement initiatives
·  Participate in the process of generating reports and analyzing results from the global bi-annual Danone People Survey

About You

You are currently a Bsc or Msc. Student in the following fields: Marketing, Communication, Social Media, Psychology, Business Administration. You have a strong affinity for communication, graphic designing and digital tools. You are at ease in dealing with all levels of internal/external stakeholders. You are a proactive and enthusiastic person, who likes collaboration, creating engaging communications and can work both independently and as part of a team. You need to be an out-going personality and creative mindset that will be a valuable member of the team. You are not afraid of taking initiatives and bring your own ideas!

Some hard requirements:

·  You need to be enrolled at a university during the whole period of the internship (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
·  You can start as of January for a minimum of 6 months (5 days per week);
·  You are willing to travel or to relocate to Utrecht, the Netherlands

Our Nutricia Research Centre for Specialized Nutrition, located in the Utrecht Science Park in the Netherlands is a state of the art Life Science innovation center for the development of new product concepts for Early Life Nutrition and Advanced Medical Nutrition. We offer an internship compensation plus reimbursement of home-work commuting cost in the Netherlands. Interns coming from abroad are eligible for a housing allowance.
