Stage - Digitalisation des processus d’ingénierie (h/f)

Dans le cadre d'un cursus scolaire en formation initiale , vous recherchez un stage obligatoire ou intégrer dans une année de césure , d'une durée allant de 4 à 6 mois maximum, vous permettant de valider votre année.

Une offre de stage en Digitalisation des processus d’ingénierie (h/f) vient de s'ouvrir au sein d’Airbus  sur notre site de Toulouse – Palays.

Ce stage est à pourvoir à partir du 03 février 2020 (date sujette à une certaine flexibilité)

Vous rejoindrez le département « Space Systems - Unité des segments de sol » en charge de définir, concevoir et produire les systèmes logiciels pour l'exploitation des satellites en orbite.

Le stage aura pour objet la mise en œuvre de solution digitale pour nos processus de  définition, développement, livraison et maintenance en condition opérationnelle des systèmes sols pour le control de satellites. Ces processus sont regroupés sous le terme de Ground Process Assets Library.

·  Tâches et responsabilités :

Vous serez sous la responsabilité d’un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences.

Ce stage sera intégré au sein d'une équipe transverse nommée « industrial efficiency and transformation ». C'est une équipe rattachée au responsable du département ‘TESU’ qui a la mission de définir et industrialiser les processus, méthodes et outils.  L’objectif étant de structurer les méthodes de travail des équipes d'ingénieurs en génie logiciel en mettant à disposition des moyens optimisés, harmonisés et performants. Ces processus sont très riches en données et documents associés et leur digitalisation de tout ou partie est un axe d’amélioration validé.

Dans ce contexte, vos principales activités seront les suivantes :

- Etude de l’historique du projet d’amélioration en cours de digitalisation.

- Identifier, évaluer les solutions de digitalisation qui répondent aux besoins identifiés (modélisation d’une partie du processus, outillage pour automatiser d’une partie du processus).

- Ces solutions doivent si possible améliorer le lien avec les méthodes et les outils associés

- Développer la solution (Make) ou bien les spécifications techniques du besoin (buy)

- Accompagner le changement auprès des équipes projet.

·  Profil recherché et Compétences requises :

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 , en INGENIEUR GENERALISTE OU AERONAUTIQUE ou équivalent, avec une spécialisation en Systemes et vous avez les compétences suivantes :

- Anglais : AVANCE

- Français : NEGOCIATION

- Une première expérience dans le domaine de la conception de systèmes (S/W)

- Un vif intérêt pour la science des données, les outils collaboratifs et de modélisation des processus

- Connaissance des pratiques PMI ou CMMI et des principaux référentiels qualité

- Une maitrise des outils tels que Access, Java, MSP, Microsoft Office

·  Savoir-être :

 - Rigoureux (se), curieux (se) et autonome

- Doté (e) d’un sens relationnel et bonne capacité de communication

- Capacité d'intégration dans une équipe et souplesse d'adaptation

- Reconnu(e) pour vos qualités d’organisation

- Aptitude d’analyse et de synthèse

- et pourvu(e) d’esprit d’équipe.

- Enfin des connaissances en gestion de projet seraient un plus.

·  Vous développerez les compétences suivantes :

- Structuration d’un projet d’amélioration continue, gestion de projet, stakedholer

- Connaissance du framework complexe d’une entreprise importante

- Développement de compétences de développement informatique

Internship - Engineering process digitalisation (m/f)

As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year , that will allow you to validate your studies. The internship duration is 4 to 6 months maximum.

We are looking for Engineering Process Digitalisation (m/f) who will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse – Palays.

This internship is to be filled from February, 3rd 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility).

You will be joining the department 'Space Systems - Ground SegmentS Unit' in charge of defining, designing and producing software systems for the operation of satellites in orbit.

The objective of the internship is to implement a digital solution for our processes of definition, development, delivery and maintenance in operational condition of ground systems for satellite control. These processes are grouped under the term Ground Process Assets Library.

·  Tasks and Responsibilities :

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

This internship will take among within a multifunctional team called “Industrial Efficiency and Transformation”. It is a team attached to the head of the 'TESU' department who is responsible for defining and industrializing the processes, methods and tools for the engineering teams.  These processes are made of extensive data and associated documents. Digitization of all or part of this referential is seen as significant improvement.

Your main activities will include:

- Study of the history of the improvement project being digitized

- Identify, evaluate digitalization solutions that meet identified needs (modelling part of the process, simplification of some process steps by automatization ...).

- These solutions should, if possible, improve the link with the methods and tools

- Develop the solution (Make) or the technical specifications of the need (buy)

- Accompany the change with the project teams thanks to acceptance phase

·  Required skills :

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 5 , in Space & Aeronautical Domain or equivalent, with specialisation in Systems and you obtain following competences:

- English: ADVANCE

- French: NEGOTIATION

-  First experience in systems design (S/W)

- A keen interest in data science, collaborative tools and process modelling

- Knowledge of PMI or CMMI practices and key quality standards

- Access, Java, MSP, Microsoft Office

·  Know-how:

- Rigorous (se), curious and autonomous

- With a relational sense and good communication skills

- Ability to integrate into a team and adaptability

- Recognized for your organizational qualities

- Ability for analysis and synthesis

- Team-minded.

- Finally, knowledge of project management would be a plus.

·  You will develop the following skills:
·  Structuring a continuous improvement project, project management, stakedholders
·  Knowledge of the complex framework of a major company
·  Developing IT development skills
