Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a PCB Specialist and Technical Authority to join our team in Portsmouth.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: The successful candidate will be subject to SC (Security Check) in order to undertake related work in accordance with business needs.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Occasional travel

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM 

You will:

·  Support new PCB technologies qualification in accordance with ECSS-Q-ST-70-60C and NewSpace/NextSpace requirements.
·  Support the make entities for the PCB procurement process.
·  Support the supply entity for electronic equipment procurement.
·  Participate in the regular technical surveillance of our PCB suppliers.

ABOUT YOU – Your Skills

·  Proven ability in a similar PCB Specialist/Technical Authority role
·  Autonomous, ability to negotiate, good relationship, reactivity, ability to make decisions
·  Ability to write technical reports to be used in front of customers
·  Capability to represent Airbus DS EPA CoC outside the company
·  Quality mindset, “zero” non-quality cost oriented
