Tasks and Accountabilities:

As part of the Airbus Employment Operations, the Early Careers Team is responsible for the attraction, recruitment and on-boarding of Apprentices, Interns and Graduates.

As the Marketing & Recruitment Intern, you will be part of the Early Careers team and play an active role in performing tasks and activities for Recruitment and Employment Marketing, working across the Airbus divisions with a focus on Airbus in the UK. This placement will give you a real insight into the process of recruitment cycles and employment marketing.

Marketing:

Working with the Employment Marketing team in tasks including:

·  Assisting in the design and development of recruitment Marketing Campaigns targeting Apprentices, Interns and Graduates
·  Assisting the planning of targeted university careers fairs
·  Developing and extending existing relationships and partnerships with universities.
·  Representing the business and Recruitment Team at campus activities around the country to support candidate attraction
·  Planning and organising scheduled marketing content across different platforms to promote our opportunities to potential candidates
·  Producing research reports to identify areas for improvement for future campaigns
·  Produce targeted E-Shots to universities to promote our internships and graduate roles

Recruitment:

Working with the Recruitment Team in tasks including:

·  Reviewing, sifting and selection of applications
·  Reviewing and amending job adverts through recruitment tools
·  Support with assessment centre activities
·  Support arranging interviews
·  Supporting various administrative processes including Expenses, Security & Medical Clearance
