Job Description

How does your new challenge look like?

·  Leading and coordinating internal lean projects for the sustainable and targeted optimization of our production processes
·  Analyzing, evaluating and improving of the departmental processes taking into account the cross organizational relationships
·  Implementing standardized processes in cooperation with the responsible managers
·  Further development of internal lean methods in cooperation with production management
·  Training employees on lean methods and tools. This also includes the creation and further development of the training materials used
·  Organization, leading and following-up of workshops
·  Coaching of employees in change processes

What do you bring?

·  You have degree in engineering, business administration or similar
·  You have several years of professional experience in lean management and change management in production and production-related areas
·  You have extensive knowledge of production, logistics and quality assurance processes
·  You bring deep knowledge of recognized lean methods and tools
·  You are used to work in transnational projects
·  'Working in a team' is not only a buzz word for you
·  Your language skills in German and English are at negotiation level
