Job Description

A vacancy for Assistant for the Customization and Pricing department has arisen within Airbus Commercial in Toulouse.

The mission of the customization and pricing department within Commercial and International is to secure and negotiate the contractual terms linked to the aircraft definition. Through the selling of options, the 60 members of the department are securing around 3 bn$ of turnover every year. 

Together with another assistant, you will be supporting the members of the customization and pricing department in their daily activities. In this role you will also contribute to the development and evolution of the department.

Tasks and accountabilities:

·  Support the team members in dealing with their travels:
·  Booking and modification of travel plans
·  Support to expanses claim
·  Budget follow-up for the managers

·  Support the team members in their interaction with customers:
·  Organization of customer visits in Toulouse
·  Correspondence with customers, including dispatch of documentation (RFC, SCN, MSCN and external livery matters)

·  Contribute to the daily life of the department:
·  Handle logistic matter (myFm, IT matters, etc…) including the up-coming office move
·  Maintain the account allocation table and facebook updated
·  Keep up to date the databases used by the Customisation account managers.

·  Contribute to the evolution of the department:
·  Organize the logistics (date, venue,  of the monthly townhall events that contribute to information exchange within CCT
·  Execute some actions related to internal communication and digitalization:  article posting on the HUB, sharing of files on Gsuite, information sharing on Salesforce, etc… 

·  Be innovative in proposing alternative ways of doing things when deemed useful for business improvements.

Required skills:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

·  Solid Assistant and Organizational experience
·  Strong experience and good knowledge of organisation tools & processes
·  You are recognized for your autonomy and you are proactive
·  You are team player
·  You are willing to contribute to change
·  Excellent English level is mandatory.
