Job Description

You will join the Airbus Leadership University Campus and particularly the “Collective Leadership Development & Transformation” department (HUUC).

Your role will be aligned to the mission of the Airbus Leadership University, which is to transform Airbus culture by growing Airbus leaders and their teams, build long term engagement and performance to boost business transformation.

You will be in charge of the deployment of our portfolio of existing team development workshops & connecting events by facilitating them yourself and ensuring the coordination of external partners who deliver them in a run mode.  In addition, we will get involved in transversal projects of the U, developing and buying  collective awareness and development based on management and leadership knowledge transfer (hybrid solutions).

Scope is the entire Airbus Company, meaning that this portfolio of solutions can be deployed in all divisions and countries to support transnational and transversal transformation initiatives as well as local changes of mind-set and behaviours.

Tasks & accountabilities

For the benefit of the Airbus leaders and teams, you contribute to the evolution of our portfolio of products by:

·  Participating to the design activities on Connecting Events  and other solutions when being part of a Multi Functional Team
·  Conducting our activities to ensure level of quality and impact of our products (workshops)
·  Piloting, testing, industrialising specific sequences that could  represent an upgrade of our solutions

To do this, main on the job pre-requisites will be to:

·  Get a complete understanding of how existing solutions answer specific business contexts (i.e. areas facing obstacles when going for higher teams empowerment / key changes in support functions that impact the production organisation/ need for more collaboration between 2 or 3 areas/ launch of key transversal transformation initiatives/ …), in order to contribute efficiently to the design or upgrade
·  involve the stake-holders and leaders and teams from functions to co-develop with them based on their 'reality'
·  Be able to facilitate them yourself
·  Create the proper conditions to assess their outcomes and impacts  

This role will involve some travels for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Experience in facilitating collective solutions or experience in the business with the ability to facilitate
·  Ability to animate groups (small & large)
·  Active listening capacity
·  Capability to innovate on collective dynamics solutions
·  Positive mind-set and high level of energy,
·  High motivation for this area of activity (team development, collective intelligence, people development…)
·  Agility & “can do” attitude
·  Strong team player
·  Structured and organised
·  Language Skills: advanced level of French and English
