Mission:

- Manage programme profit & loss - provides quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision making at Management level.

- Provide performance against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies and propose mitigation actions if needed.

- Challenge and supports business partner for all directorates in terms of financial and operational performance improvement.

- Steer the contributors through convergence processes resulting in target setting - manages risks & opportunities

- Fully support business in key changes decisions ( business cases, rates, major modifications...).

- Contribute to cash planning (Pre Deliveries/Advance Payments, European Technology Initiatives, CAPEX, inventory, supplier spend planning)

- For development programs monitor program through Earned Value Management, together with business stakeholders Supports proposals & commercial deals

- Provides quantitative and qualitative financial data to prepare a winning proposal

- Validate the consistency of financial content and financial risk exposure in the proposal and establish the Business Case.

- Challenge and support Sales, Engineering and Program organisation on bid/no bid, pricing, target costing and T+C’s.

Skills:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

· 
¤ Educated to a degree level (or equivalent) in Finance or a related discipline.

¤ Experience in Finance

¤ English :Negotiation level

¤ Spanish :Negotiation level
