Job Description

A vacancy for a Finance Systems Expert (m/f) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse.
You will join Integrated Finance Solutions: responsible to design and maintain finance systems at a leading edge level.

In an international environment, connected with a wide Finance network, in collaboration with multicultural teams, you will be responsible for Finance Systems transformation projects in interaction with Procurement Supply Chain & Logistic and Manufacturing activities:
¤ SAP Procurement Supply Chain & Logistic ERP convergence project: ARP programme aiming to unify the SAP landscape of Airbus Commercial,
¤ SAP Finance ERP convergence Projects in Europe and oversea (Final Assembly lines of US, Canada and China)

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
¤ Acting as Industrial Financial Accounting expert (General Ledger with the link to Cost Accounting and the Integration with industrial processes) in various projects
¤ Full project life cycle activities: from concept definition until entry in service
¤ Animation of multi-functional project teams: Finance in collaboration with Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing and Information Management (IM)
¤ Change management for Finance communities
¤ Support IM department in solution definition and validation
¤ Secure permanently the stability, reliability, quality and performance of Airbus Finance Systems
¤ Anticipate systems evolutions and propose improvements
¤ Close collaboration with Finance Business representatives

The future candidate who will have proven his/her capabilities will be rapidly exposed to enlarged challenges.

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills :
You have the following skills and experience:
A solid finance and a technical background, with project management experience and passion for systems / new technologies:
¤ Genuine understanding of Business Processes in Finance, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing and Logistic
¤ At least 5 years of experience in project management on Finance Systems / SAP ERP Transformation projects
¤ Deep Knowledge of  SAP FI-CO and good understanding of  MM-IM / PS integration
¤ Further skills in Finance integration with Logistic and Manufacturing SAP modules (MM-IV and PP)
¤ Negotiation skills and Stakeholders management from an operational to “Top management” level
¤ Passion for team work and collaboration spirit in an international context
¤ Curiosity, promote new ideas, new ways of working
¤ Language Skills:
Negotiation level of English.
French and/or German would be a plus
