About the Role...

The Verification & Validation (V&V) Manager will oversea the testing and validation of new generation Software Defined Satellite Payloads. This includes ensuring the deliver of both hardware and software components , as well as user manuals and operational procedures. They will lead a team in implementing the agreed validation philosophy, coordinate with project management, and serve as the main technical contact for customers.

How will you contribute to the team…

· 
Support the design phase and refine the approach for payload main components, including Processor, Active Antenna, Software and Analog payload equipment during the system-on-chip (SoC) review process

· 
Conduct Test Strategy preparations and meetings with customers to define test objectives, methodologies and timelines

· 
Assist with customer demands for justification, analysis and tests by addressing inquiries and facilitating necessary actions

· 
Produce Maturity 1 Customer Test Requirements PSI, documenting essential test requirements specified by the customer

· 
Review suppliers test procedures to ensure compliance with project standards

· 
Evaluate and select validation vehicles based on compatibility, reliability and suitability

About you...

· 
A good level of experience of Verification & Validation, ideally with a Space Systems Engineering background.

· 
Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, including conducting meetings with customers and suppliers to ensure requirements and standards are met.
