SALARY & BENEFITS
· £25,000 plus attractive bonus structure
· Achieve impressive on-target earnings of £30,000 - £35,000
· Monday-Sunday (5 days a week, one weekend day every other week)
· Shifts: 8am - 4pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am-7pm
· Braintree, Great Notley
· Permanent, Full-Time
· 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increase each year of service)

THE JOB
· Answering incoming calls
· Cross sell and up sell products that align with customers needs
· Processing through orders
· Provide excellent customer service and dealing with any queries
· Using an in-house system to log call notes
