Veolia is now seeking a Senior Building Management System (BMS) Technician to join our team based in South East Queensland. Reporting to the BMS Team Manager, you will lead and provide exceptional support as part of a professional BMS Team. You will be responsible for conducting planned maintenance, system repairs, upgrades and enhancements to our existing and new BMS systems. We are looking for a reliable and efficient individual with a strong customer focus, a great work ethic and who will build a lasting and trusting relationship with our team and customers.

Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

South East Queensland based

·
Senior role on Veolia's flagship BMS sites

·
System repairs, upgrades and enhancements

·
Planned maintenance, energy monitoring and analytics

·
Exposure to a wide variety of BMS products and critical systems

·
Assist with team development and technical training.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be considered for this role, you must have:

· 
Qualifications in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning trade

· 
Electrical licence

· 
ARCtick licence (not essential)

· 
QBCC occupational licence (not essential)

· 
Experience and high level knowledge of a variety of BMS systems across various sectors

· 
High level knowledge of Trend and Tracer BMS an advantage

· 
A solid understanding of a variety of HVAC principles and systems and the ability to provide a consistently high level of building maintenance

· 
A strong customer focus and ability to build excellent relationships with your customers.

· 
A strong work ethic and ability to provide a consistently high level of building maintenance across all facets of fixed plant and equipment

· 
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
