Job description

Main Job Requirements:

a. Building operator understanding: Field visits to different Out-of-Home segments (Hospitality, HORECA) to understand operator need gaps. Translate these to insights and product briefs.

b. Creating relevant HC Professional mixes: Formulation design, based on inputs from HC DAUs – Digital Application Units/Category experts, meeting cost, performance, shelf-life, safety/ecological and manufacturing requirements. Working with global KBS team to create powerful KBS content and its execution.

c. Participation in Professional industry fairs: Showcase of Unilever portfolio through product demonstrations and execution of KBS- Knowledge Base Selling content.

d. Good knowledge of product design principles and steps.

e. Competitor mapping in the cluster to understand competitor cost, performance and relative strengths/weakness.

f. Prior experience in HomeCare (especial Home&Hygiene products) and Professional (B2B) will be preferred.

g. Ability to work with 3Ps (3 rd parties) to develop and rollout new products.

h. Ability to work directly with brand teams (regional, global), SC, Finance, CMI, Procurement.

Other Challenges/ Accountabilities/ Skills/ Qualifications:

· Good fundamentals in project management and working with large team networks with multi-national origins.
· OTIF delivery of projects & stakeholders managements.
· Accurate recording of Scientific Data/ Characterisation tests from formulation experimentations and testing protocols.
· Great teamwork within R&D functions and other departments in UL, 3 rd parties and Professional industries.
· Bachelor degree in Science/Engineering with chemistry background or equivalent experience in the field of science.
· Practical experience in Laboratory environments & Factory activities. Excellent English communication skills
