Job description



Business context:

Within UniOps, the MCO Geo IT team is responsible to business partner the respective stakeholders and deploy global and local projects for the SC, Finance, HR, Marketing and Customer Development functions in Europe.

The main purpose of the Geography Digital IT BP role is to act as a single point of contact of the Marketing and Digital Hub teams (including e-com, Media, Digital Marketing…) and coordinate with Global UniOps teams including Global platform teams and the IT Service lines in order to meet the business functions requirements.

Important to the role is to understand the Digital 2.0 ecosystem , the key interfaces into Global IT Platforms & Service Lines within scope of responsibility and work effectively with these teams in the delivery of IT capabilities and Services to the business while respecting the IT standard operating model and processes.

The IT BP must understand the plans for IT in MCO and will participate in the achievement of these plans and effectively communicate these within business teams. The IT BP is therefore responsible to ensure that the requirements of the business are understood and plans for IT Services are clearly communicated.

The IT BP must ensure the review and proactive identification of improvements of all existing IT Services and provide appropriate input to and management of IT Costs

The IT BP will partner with the business in best use of IT and raise awareness of user's community about security, data privacy and other consumerized technologies (O365, OneDrive, Power BI…).

Main accountabilities:

Within area of responsibilities, the MCO IT BP accountabilities are:

BUSINESS PARTNERING

· Engage with business teams within his/her area of responsibility to communicate and scope the IT plan aligned with overall IT plan within MCO
· Work with business stakeholders to understand business requirements/demand for IT
· Engage with Platforms to detail the business requirements and understand how these will be met.

INNOVATION ACTIVATION

· Support deployment activities for Global IT Innovation programs. These include but not limited to:
Establish a project plan
Identify and setup Local business and IT resources
Prepare and validate a business Case where appropriate
Ensure new capabilities are tested
Ensure change plan is in place and executed
Ensure overall project is delivered on-time in-full, within budget and benefits are realized.

DevOps - Run

· Input to review of DevOps teams within area of responsibility and help develop action plans for these services.
· Track achievement of action plans within area of responsibility
· Contribute to implementing key actions to address service improvement areas
· Assist with communication and coordination of status of Urgent Incidents within the MCO and understanding impact to support resolution of these incidents
· Liaise and support with the business functions and platform DevOps in order to activate BCP to minimize disruption in case of a major incident.
· Participate in problem management activities within area of responsibility as required to support DevOps teams in resolving problems
IT COSTS

· Assist with processing of actual costs as required within area of responsibility

COMPLIANCE& DRP

· Adhere to governance & compliance framework including: GPDR, Data privacy
· Monitor compliance to all IT related policies mandated by the IT Operating Framework and escalates all non-compliance to MCO Head Of IT
· Support Execution of BCP plans as appropriate within area of responsibility

OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work with 3P in MCO/Geography as appropriate
· Deliver activities to best leverage IT within area of responsibility
· Champion the adoption of new technologies for the business to be more effective and efficient by exploiting IT capabilities and tools
· Raise awareness around Information Security and Data Privacy.

· Effective ways of working with UniOps Service Line and Service Operations Team and support of Service Line plans within area of responsibility
· Strong compliance record within area of responsibility
· Positive vendor partnerships within area of responsibility

Relevant Experience

Essential :

· Master / Engineering degree in IT And/or MBA or equivalent.
· Relevant IT Skills from tertiary education

Desirable:

· 2 years IT Experience within similar industry and similar role (business partnering, project management…)
· Good Project management experience
· Experience in website design
· Experience in digital marketing (Adobe suite, google analytics, cookie management tools …)
· Experience in Business Intelligence (Power BI , Machine Learning…)
· Experience in GPDR compliance projects
· Fluent French and English
