Reporting to the Director of Executive Communications, you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic internal and external communications for Executive Committee members.

This position is part of a Ubisoft’s Global Communications group and will work closely with a team responsible for internal communications, community management, social media, and public relations.  The person in this role will work closely with partners across the organization to contribute to 360° executive communication strategies that advance the company’s reputation and help achieve business objectives. 

In terms of day-to-day responsibilities, this role will focus on executing on the overall executive communications strategy, drafting executive messages targeting key internal and external audiences, producing compelling content in line with the reputational and business priorities of the company and managing events involving executives.

Your responsibilities are the following:

·  Contribute to the development and execution of strategic engagement roadmaps for C-level executives, both internally and externally – including company milestones, internal events, press events, videos, media interviews, etc
·  Develop and produce communications on behalf of senior executives, including (but not limited to) presentations, speeches, emails, posts, videos and other digital content
·  Build strong content calendars to expand executives’ presence on LinkedIn
·  Write executive messages in both French and English, in alignment with corporate messaging and tailor-made to the audience 
·  Design and develop creative, innovative, and impactful formats to successfully connect and engage with our key audiences, including the monthly communications playbook
·  Project manage and deliver key internal events involving top executives (logistics, communications plans, content production, rehearsals, etc.)
·  Continually analyze and assess the impact of what’s put in place in order to fine-tune the communications strategy
·  Proactively identify emerging issues and mitigate potential impacts in partnership with the broader Global Communications team
·  Build internal and external relationships to help effectively deliver integrated communication strategies

To succeed in this position, you have a medium to senior level of experience in communications, public relations and/or journalism within an international and demanding environment. You demonstrate a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and you have a track record of generating results.

·  Ability to translate complicated concepts into clear, compelling language for audiences ranging from key stakeholders and media to consumers and employees, in both French (fluent) & English (bilingual) 
·  Writing skills that shine equally well via publication or oral delivery
·  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organization 
·  Creativity, accountability, autonomy, team spirit and outstanding attention to detail.
