Job description

Internship to start in September 2020

Massive Entertainment is a world-leading AAA studio located in Malmö and part of the Ubisoft family. We're a multinational team of more than 650 passionate and highly skilled people from 50 different countries.

We accept internship applications from students all over the world, with the requirement that you're eligible to live & study in Sweden, are insured by your school, or privately, during the entire internship, and that you are studying a relevant degree program. We cannot take on students for a period of less than two-months, students who attend high school or are under the age of 18.

What should I have in mind when applying for an internship at Massive?

·  CV  – Include the focus of your education, the name of your school, as well as when you’re graduating.
·  Cover letter  – State the dates you're available for internship (start/end), as well as your preferred area of focus. This internship would be to start in September 2020 and be for a minimum of 3-months.
·  Credentials/grades  – Include a portfolio or other work samples depending on your area of expertise.
·  Insurance  –  You must prove that you're insured during the internship (a liability as well as an accident at work insurance).
·  Non Disclosure Agreement  – We have a strict NDA-setup. If you're required to report back to your school, you're responsible for making sure that the information shared does not compromise our NDA.
This is an unpaid internship starting September 2020, based in Malmö Sweden and requires your presence onsite. We kindly ask you to apply with your CV and cover letter (with all the details above) in English. Applications will be reviewed whilst the opportunity is posted.

As a User Research (UR) Intern you’ll primarily collaborate with our User Researchers to set-up, run (moderate) and consolidate user testing studies. Your efforts will directly impact updates to our Live games and future productions.

Responsibilities

You as a person

You have an enthusiastic, inviting personality and are able to tackle problems head-on. You have an easy time connecting with people, making them feel at ease and you have full fluency in English (our company language). You strive to learn and improve whilst being proactive and autonomous. You’re passionate about games, user research and most importantly, people.

In addition to the above, you must meet our internship requirements (top of page) and the below:
