Entreprise:
Transdev is a major rail transportation operator in Europe especially in Germany.
In the perspective of rail transportation market opening in France, the group is engaged into a proactive approach aiming at identifying and developing related operational competences.
For the specific of rail activities, we have developed a dedicated VIE program structured as follow:
Poste et missions:
For the first 3 months of assignment, you will be based in Paris within the Rail expert department to get into Transdev's culture and industrial philosophy on that transportation segment.
Security being the fundamental element of railway transportation, you will be based in Germany, hosted within Transdev operations, for 12 months.
Embedded into the Railway security's team you'll get step by step into our Security Management System developed for our activities in Germany.
Through this learning path you'll get into the specificities and every aspects of railway transportation activities (operations/ HR/ maintenance...).
For the last 3 months of your assignment, you'll return within the Rail Transportation Expert team in France to put learning and know how acquired into practice.
Profil:
Master Degree level graduated from university or engineers school.
First experience in transportation business ideally.
Organization oriented; initiative taker, you have personal capacity to plan and manage priorities.
French German bilingual required. English would be a plus
