Production / FO Contract / Coordination:

·  Ensure annual field operation objectives in terms of production and budget are safely achieved
·  Onshore routine management of the FO service contract (point of contact) and validation of Contractor monthly Measurement Bulletin
·  Review contract KPI and promote action plan as required to improve contractor efficiency and contract follow up
·  Provide site with Operations guidelines (validate shortfalls, shutdowns, routine testing, etc) in coordination with Production Support and Integrity teams
·  Coordinate the resolution of operational problems and propose to management the validation of relevant correctives actions
·  Coordinate Work program definition & execution and liaise with other TEPBr entities in this matter
·  Coordinate, with assistance of Mass Balance, the daily production reporting preparation and submit for FO Manager’s validation Facilities Integrity:
·  Coordinate the FO annual work program (production/maintenance/inspection/Shut-downs) and ensure execution
·  Coordinate field operations studies with the different entities involved (including DGS, Integrity Threats, etc)
·  Budget:
·  Coordinate (along with Cost Controller) the preparation of operations budgets (IB and PDC’s) prior to FO Manager’s validation
·  Supervise and optimize the operating costs pertaining to FPSO charter and service contracts execution
·  Management System & Interfaces:
·  Contribute to the sustainability of the Field Operation Management System (FOMS)
·  Contribute to the elaboration of the annual field operation objectives in terms of HSE, production and budget
·  Ensure that technical and operational analyses, audits and inspections are done in time and action plan defined and implemented
·  Ensure that interfaces with new projects and developments are correctly managed, and ensures smooth integration in the FO perimeter
·  Participate and contributes to the elaboration of Operated assets LTP, annual budget, PDC’s, mid-term integrated planning HSE:
·  Implement and reinforce the HSE policy of the affiliate on operated assets and ensures that the affiliate HSE objectives are achieved
·  Promote and ensure that safety and environmental protection regulations and instructions are observed (HSE Culture)
·  With assistance of the OSL Promote to the Contractor the TOTAL safety feedback and ensure implementation of lessons learnt
·  Organize SQM (Service Quality Meetings) with FPSO contractor, issue MOM and validate associated action plan

Candidate profile

·  Education: Msc Engineering diploma or equivalent
·  Professional experience: Minimum 12 years in the oil & gas industry, including 5 in team coordination / management position
·  Offshore experience: OIM, Production or Maintenance Superintendent position (3 years minimum)
·  Contract Management: Knowledge and experience of Contract Management
·  Technical skills: Safety of persons and facilities, Production , oil and gas processes, waste disposal and treatment; well start-up, activation & intervention, metering; Maintenance methods, inspection techniques; Projects /works, drilling, logistics; Geology, reservoir; Certification
·  Behaviour Skills: Dynamism, openness, team spirit, multiculturalism
·  Language skills: English – Bright 3 or equivalent.
