Legal support
Legal coordination between TLC/TTM/GEL and TCMB to provide sound legal support on a wide range of legal assignment including, on the affiliates level, legal review on agreements, contracts, and other legal documents, identification on legal issues and analysis of legal risks;

Working with cross functional team within TLC/TTM/GEL to assistant day to day legal issues to achieve business objectives, including sales, logistic, importation, procurement, IT, quality control and finance;

Coordinator of TLC/TTM/GEL in anti-counterfeiting process to work with TCMB to manage and oversee protection of TOTAL’s intellectual property (“IP”) rights, and to fight against infringements of IP rights, ie., patents, trademarks and other IP enforcement work; The coordination of the process includes
-            receiving and disposing external complaints,
-            working with functional team to identify anti-counterfeiting products,
-            recording and tracking any IP cases which reported to TCMB;
-            assisting TCMB legal team to investigate and collect evidences/supporting documents per litigation requests;
-            timely communication with TCMB and to provide co-ordination within TLC/TTM/GEL of any court proceeding;
-            issue product reference statements upon requests from fields

Conducting legal research and keep current of laws and regulation in the related practice areas to support business legal risk analysis;

Compliance

Compliance assistance to Integrity Coordinator to Evaluate regulatory compliance programs of TLC/TTM/GEL with consultation from designated external consultant and/or legal counsel, compliance manager from TCI and TCMB;

Working with Integrity Coordinator to manage and oversee daily operations of TLC/TTM/GEL complies with all applicable internal policies and procedures;

Providing assistance on all compliance related programs be able to support all control related analysis job not limit to procedures;
Supporting or conducting compliance audits, risk assessments and investigation of alleged misconducts;

Performing and assisting on due diligence on suppliers, distributors, sponsorships, and representatives and coordinating with external counsels if necessary;

Conducting trainings (anti-fraud, anti-corruption, conflict interest and gift and hospitality) on compliance standards, business practices and current developments within TLC/TTM/GEL;
Assisting to oversee the implementation and follow-up of gift and hospitality procedure  within TLC/TTM/GEL, maintaining and tracking registration, analyzing risk assessments accordingly;

Providing assistance to organize annual TOTAL Business Ethics Day event;

Keeping current on laws and regulation;

Contract Management

Contract review on the contract evaluation process point of view and highlight the risk to the management;

Work as window contact in IC to follow-up the contract process status and feedback to related dept. on timely basis;

Assisting in internal process review on contract management process and improve controls on the process when necessary.

Internal Control

Supporting any improvement actions (including procedure update, reporting update/process improvement) towards internal audit’s findings;

Assisting to conduct internal audits and internal control processes review program to assess business operational risk;

Working cross with functional team to improve the effective and efficient of financial internal control process;

职位要求

·  Bachelor or above degree in Finance or business related,
·  3+ years associated working experience.
·  MS software techniques required, SAP knowledge will be plus
·  Display high level of energy and self motivation, Attention to detail and high aptitude with strong business acumen
·  Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate and relate at all levels of the company. Fluency and proficiency in English and Mandarin-both oral and written, are required. Additional languages are a plus.
