Junior Project Coordinator

As Junior Project Coordinator you will provide support in Life of Field for our Customers. You will be responsible for flawless execution and on time delivery of all Customer orders in Subsea Services Business Unit. Are you the one we are looking for? Don't wait! RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Perform all activities in accordance with TechnipFMC Business Management System and/ or TechnipFMC procedures
·  Create and follow-up project plan (network)
·  Follow-up of maintenance work and activities according to project schedule
·  Create and follow-up Service Orders
·  Request CPI and/or Rental Equipment
·  Check spare parts availability
·  Issue required transport documentation
·  Inform workshop about planned service orders, changes in basic start/finish dates according to customer requirement
·  Follow-up Project Coordinator Support mailbox
·  Support Project Coordinators in daily tasks

REQUIREMENTS

·  Master Degree in Logistics, Production Planning, Project Management or similar
·  Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in logistics, planning, maintenance, execution or project management
·  Knowledge of ERP systems will be advantage (SAP)
·  Very good command of English,
·  Good communication skills and team-player spirit
·  Attention to details, ability to work with big amount of data
