Job description

You will coordinate HSE & Quality Programs deployment for a defined geographical area or operational unit and ensure delivery of the relevant QHSES leadership modules.

Reporting to Senior Manager QHSES Programs (Pulse/ IQ Hub), the main tasks will be:

·  Planning and delivery of the relevant QHSES leadership modules to our business, clients and partners through approved methods of engagement
·  Assist in the continual development and improvement of the QHSES Leadership Program systems, processes and tools
·  Deliver Q / HSES coaching technique training
·  Work with learning and development to ensure accurate recording and reporting of trainings
·  Frequent business travels can be request
You are meant for this job if you have/ are:
·  Experience in the Onshore/Offshore Industry
·  Knowledge of Q/ HSE behavioral programs
·  Formal Q/HSES Certification (NEBOSH, OSHA, ASQ, IRCA, CQI or similar)
·  Knowledge of investigation techniques
·  Training and facilitation experience
·  Good presentation and communications skills
·  Organizational Skills/Time Management
·  Results focused and ability to manage change
·  Fluent French & English language.
