You will have the opportunity to travel to the national and international levels.

Job description

·  Responsible for supporting and managing the organization, processing, distribution, integrity, and conservation of the documentation of the Projects executed by the Company, complying with the technical, contractual, and corporate requirements, within the established quality program and framework..

You are meant for this job if

·  Technician in Document Management or Information and Documentation Systems or Document Administration, Library, and Archives.
·  Specific and accredited experience of at least one (1) year in Documentation Control activities.
·  Basic level of certified English.
·  Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint programs, Adobe Reader.
·  Knowledge and use of PDF Converter Professional.
·  Knowledge of databases applied to document management and control.
·  Knowledge of Law 594 of 2000 of the General Archive of the Nation.
·  Intermediate typing.
·  Knowledge and experience in the preparation of books that compile documents.
·  Ability to prepare and write communications.
·  Ability to digitize documents, excellent writing, and spelling.
·  Knowledge of basic archive rules.
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish
·  Basic oral and written communication skills and English
·  Soft skills (communication skills and team-player spirit)
