We are searching for a Budget & Control Specialist

Main requirements to be work as Budget & Control Specialist are:

Must have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent

- 1 to 2 years of experience in Finance and Accounting

- Team spirit with a delivery

- Results-driven mindset

- fluent spoken and written communication in English

- Good command of computer and office tools

- Ability to work with strong time constraints

Nice to have:

- ERP Knowledge

- Knowledge of Hyperion Planning / Essbase

Job purpose and Organizational Context:

She/he provides business support for preparation of financial research and analysis.

The scope of responsibilities is: support role, work under direct supervision/ Standardized analysis.

Reporting lines and interactions:

Hierarchically reports to: the head of Budget & Control

Operationally reports to: the head of Budget & Control

Key interactions (internally, externally):

Internally : Local Finance Team; other Business Units

Main Accountabilities of the position :

• Gathers, analyzes and evaluates financial information for the assigned financial analysis.

• Researches background materials, including relevant economic and financial data.

• Prepares financial analysis, reports, and budget forecasts with more senior colleagues.

• Assists and maintains documentation for all company financial policies and procedures.

• Works on special projects as required.
